How do I check out a repair company before letting one in my house?
Ask for the business license and look it up with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors or the state business search. Ask whether the person coming out carries insurance. Then search the company name yourself and read what comes up. Please do check. We'd rather you verify us than take our word for it over the phone.
When can someone actually come out?
