The independent appliance repair shop across the West

Appliance Repair in Utah

We repair washers, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, and dishwashers across Utah, and you can pick your city from the list below to see what we cover or ring us. Utah homes work their appliances hard. Hard water leaves scale in dishwashers and water heaters, and between dry winter air and dusty summers, dryer vents clog fast. We're a family repair shop.

Questions Utah homeowners ask

How do I check that a repair company is legit before I let someone in my house?

Ask for a business name and license status, then look it up with Utah's Division of Professional Licensing or the Secretary of State business search. Do that with us too. Ask if the tech carries ID. Read what's written on the work order before you sign it. A shop that gets annoyed by those questions is telling you something.

How soon can someone come out?

Depends on your city and the day. Call us and we'll give you the real window instead of a guess meant to make you feel good. We run swing-shift hours, so evening slots exist. If your fridge is warm and food is at risk, say so when you call so we can weigh it.

Which parts of Utah do you cover?

Wasatch Front cities, plus several towns beyond. The city list on this page is the honest answer. If your town isn't on it, call anyway. Sometimes we're already headed that direction, and sometimes we'll point you to somebody closer.

What should I have in front of me when I call?

Brand and model number help most. On a fridge, look inside along the wall or on the door frame. On a washer or dryer, check the door opening or the back panel. Then tell us what happens: the noise, the smell, the error code, when it started. You don't have to guess at the cause.

Do you work on my brand?

We service all major brands as an independent shop. We're not affiliated with any manufacturer, so nobody here is steering you toward one label. If your unit is still inside a manufacturer warranty, call that manufacturer first, because outside work can affect it.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Tell us what it's doing

Ring us or fill in the form, and describe the noise, the smell, the error code and the brand. Small details help us load the right parts before we ever knock on your door.

  2. Step 2

    We come look

Our tech tests the machine instead of guessing. You hear what failed and why, in plain words. Then you decide whether repairing it makes sense or replacing it makes more sense.

  3. Step 3

    Repair and retest

Approved work gets done, often on the same visit. We run a full cycle before packing up, wipe down the area, then show you what changed so nothing surprises you next week.

Why homeowners call us

  • We know hard waterValley water leaves scale on everything, and we see it in clogged dishwasher jets and crusted washer valves. Water heaters groan, too. We check for mineral buildup out of habit, because around here it's usually part of the story.
  • Swing-shift friendlyNot everybody is home at ten in the morning. We schedule around night shifts and split shifts, and around long commutes. Tell us the window that actually works for your household and we'll aim for it.
  • Independent, not steeredNobody pays us to push a brand. We service all major makes as an independent shop, so our advice on repair versus replace comes from what we saw inside your machine.
  • Straight talk on old unitsSome appliances aren't worth another part. We'll say so. If a repair is likely to buy you real time, we'll say that too, and let you pick from there.
  • All major brands, gas & electricFrom Whirlpool and GE to Samsung, LG, Bosch and KitchenAid, serviced independently.
  • Straight answersIf it isn't worth repairing, we'll say so, often right on the phone.
