How do I check that a repair company is legitimate before I let someone in my house?
Check us out, seriously. Ask any company for a business name and address you can look up. Oregon homeowners can search the state business registry and the CCB where a license applies. Then read what other people say somewhere other than a page we wrote ourselves. A shop that dodges those questions is telling you something.
How soon can someone come out?
Depends on your city and the day. Call us and we'll give you the real next opening instead of a guess. We work some evenings, which helps if you can't miss work. If a fridge is warming up or a freezer is dripping, lead with that so we know it's urgent and not just annoying.
